WICKET S.R.L., with registered office in Milan in Corso Ventidue Marzo 25 (hereinafter: “WICKET” or “Noi”), takes users’ privacy very seriously. We manage the personal data we collect during our commercial operations with the utmost care.

WICKET collects data because this is necessary for the performance of our services.
The collected data is used in order to purchase honest tickets from our customer in a safe and reliable way through our Application and to maintain, protect and improve our Application.
We will request the following information in order to properly process a financial transaction: name and surname, address, postal code, city / town and country, e-mail address, telephone number and date of birth. These data are important because they allow us to communicate with you about the status of your transaction in order to acquire tickets, contact you in case of problems and decide if the person who pays is old enough to buy tickets and go to the event.
In addition, WICKET uses your data, if you have given explicit permission for it, to provide you with personalized content, such as more relevant search results and related upcoming events.

When you create a profile / account within our Application, you provide certain personal data (such as: name, e-mail address, telephone number).

We collect data on the services you use and how you use them. This data includes: device data, log file data, location data, unique application numbers, local storage, cookies and comparable technologies.
2. HOW WE USE THESE DATA
We use the data collected by cookies and other technologies to improve the user experience and the general quality of our services. Our systems analyze your content in order to provide you with the relevant product features, such as appropriate search results, personalized advertisements and detection of spam and malware.
We ask for your authorization before using the data for purposes other than those described in this Privacy Policy.
We do not share personal data with companies, organizations and subjects outside WICKET to the extent that the sharing of such data is not necessary for the performance of our services. Only if you have given explicit permission to share the data collected by WICKET with our customers, declaring your agreement to our customer’s privacy statement for specifically defined purposes, will WICKET share your data with its customer.
If you are granted explicit authorization, WICKET - on request - will share your data with the artists / organizers for whom you have purchased tickets and / or their legal representatives.
WICKET will share your personal data only in accordance with the applicable Italian law.
3. SECURITY OF YOUR DATA
In WICKET we do everything to protect users from unauthorized access or unauthorized changes, disclosure or deletion of data in our possession. We limit access to your personally identifiable information to employees who need this information to offer you our service. Our security systems comply with the requirements of European and national legislation on the protection of personal data and your data is stored only on servers within the EU.
WICKET stores your data during the entire period in which you actively use our Application. After 36 months of inactivity your data is removed. The data that is collected is stored in the databases and servers of the Dutch company “GET Protocol Foundation”, our technological partner: we specify that only WICKET will have access to these data.
If we receive a formal written complaint, we will contact the person who made the complaint to discuss subsequent actions.
4. OTHER CONSIDERATIONS
You can evaluate the personal information you provide to us yourself and make any changes you want to your information. These changes can be made on the WICKETEVENTS website.
